  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

  • Both parties agree to cancel the project before significant work has been completed.

  • Logo & Brand Identity Design

  • Video Production & Animation
  • Website Maintenance
  • IT Support Services
  • Technical Consulting
  • Business Consulting
  • Any customised digital solution

4. Project Cancellation

You may request to cancel your project at any time by contacting us in writing.

If work has already started, you may be responsible for payment covering:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Research and planning
  • Design and development hours
  • Content creation
  • Third-party purchases made specifically for your project
  • Administrative costs directly related to the project

Where applicable, any remaining unused balance may be refunded.


5. Monthly & Recurring Services

For recurring services such as:

  • SEO
  • Website Maintenance
  • Social Media Management
  • Digital Marketing
  • Hosting Support
  • Technical Support

You may cancel by providing at least 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Fees already paid for completed service periods are generally non-refundable.


6. Website & Software Development Projects

Website and software development projects are typically completed in agreed milestones.

Payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.

Ownership of completed work, source files, or project assets may remain with Connects Future LTD until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.


7. Third-Party Products & Services

Refunds do not apply to costs already incurred through third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrations
  • Web hosting
  • SSL certificates
  • Premium themes
  • Plugins
  • Stock photography
  • Fonts
  • Software licences
  • Cloud services
  • Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

These services are governed by the policies of their respective providers.


8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

9. Chargebacks

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process and could result in the suspension of ongoing services while the matter is investigated.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal obligations.
